Milan, Shaolin, Cierra, Myesha, Nayai, Sonya, Destine
Milan is an eighth grader and attends St. Paul School for Girls. She is one if the busiest scholars in the house as she participates in dance classes and enjoying SPSFG! She is very involved with her family and loves school.
Shaolin, a sophomore, and attends Polytechnic Institute. She is doing well her second year of high school and is a member of the cheerleading team. She is self-motivated and dreams of traveling to France! She is a serious student and continues to excel academically. Also she has been a great role model for our younger scholars in the home
Cierra is a freshman at Institute of Notre Dame. She is a very serious student and excels academically; however, she is on the cheerleading squad and takes tumbling classes. Cierra is the Secretary of her class and a wonderful addition to the girls program.
Myesha is a freshman at Institute of Notre Dame. She plays volleyball on her school team and does very well. She dreams of becoming a doctor and researches different medical programs!
Nayai is an eighth grader and attends KIPP Academy located in Baltimore City. She is a new scholar who moved into our girls’ home on January 21, 2012! Academically, she is an outstanding student and enjoys cheerleading, playing basketball, soccer and participates on the step team at school. Nayai brings zest to the Girls’ home!
Sonya is an eighth grader and attends KIPP Academy located in Baltimore City. She is a new scholar moved into our girls’ home on January 21, 2012! She is an extremely bright individual and an exceptional student! Sonya enjoys dancing and singing as well as writing poems during her free time. Sonya brings a lot of energy and laughter to the Girls’ home!
Destine is a 7th grader and attends Mother Seton Academy. She is working really hard during this school to achieve her academic goals. When she is not focusing on her studies Destine enjoys talking and hanging out with the older scholars; she is the youngest scholar in the home!
