Peter Beale-DelVecchio, Executive Director

Peter has spent his entire career in non-profit, most recently as the Director of Development for Cristo Rey Jesuit High School for the past six years.  He served as a member of the school's eight member leadership team and was responsible for a $10 million capital campaign.  Peter has a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Public and Non-Profit Manage from Northwestern University's J. L. Kellog Graduate School of Mangement.  Peter lives in Chicago with his wife and three children.

Nicola Roache, Program Director

Nicola has a 16 year history of working with at-risk youth. She is a licensed clinical Psychologist and has run a therapeutic residential program at The University of Chicago for 5 years. She has a Doctorate from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and did her graduate and undergraduate work at De Paul University and the University of Illinois at Chicago. Nicola grew up in and went to school in Evanston.

ELISA KLINE, Development Director

Elisa joined Boys Hope Girls Hope in May of 2008. Elisa's background is in Advertising and Public Relations, and she spent 20 years in this industry. Prior to joining BHGH, Elisa was active in fundraising for several nonprofits.  Her fundraising interests and passion make her a perfect fit to help build relationships among those who are interested in furthering the hope of scholars at Boys Hope Girls Hope. Elisa holds both a BS and an MS from Northwestern University, and lives in Northfield with her husband and three children.

Vicki McMannon, Development

Vicki joined Boys Hope Girls Hope in December of 2010, after spending 20 years in marketing, advertising, and public relations.  Vicki received her Master's of Business Administration in Marketing, Finance and Economics from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and also holds a B.S. from the University of Idaho in Marketing and Finance.  Vicki has volunteered in many capacities for philanthropic organizations, including Make-A-Wish Foundation, Work in the Schools (WITS), and Special Olympics.  Vicki lives in Chicago with her husband and two children.

Irene Snyder, Business Manager

Irene joined Boys Hope Girls Hope in March 2009 as Business Manager.  She has her Bachelor of Science and Masters Degrees in accounting from DePaul University and is also a Certified Public Accountant.  She began her career in public accounting with Ernst & Whinney.  She currently serves as treasurer on the board of a local nonprofit organization.  She lives in Glencoe with her husband and three children.
